The Kitesurf Centre Shop wants you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible so we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know.
We offer free delivery on all purchases over £79.99.
Orders under £79.99 are £4.99 for the first 5kg and £9.99 for all others. 
Shipping to Europe Highlands & Islands is £9.99 on all items under 2 kg and £19.99 over 2kg.
Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays, etc.) Orders for next day delivery must be made by 11am, but please call if it is after this time as we should be able to push next day orders through up to 2pm. Next working day delivery can only apply to Mainland UK.
Please note next day delivery is never a guaranteed service even with 'Express Delivery' as delays with courier services which are out of our control may occur. It's always advisable to order as much is advance as possible to avoid any problems. The Kitesurf Centre will not be held responsible for any delayed or missed deliveries. If shipping to a work address or requesting to leave with a neighbour it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the package once delivered. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either issue an in store credit for the item or send a different size if you would like an exchange. Just let us know what size you would like. Shipping and any costs incurred will not be refunded and will be charged again for the replacement item on all European / worldwide and large item orders. If a large or international package is returned the shipping costs and any costs incurred will be reduced from the in store credit whether shipping was paid for on the item or not.
In all return correspondence; please indicate your order number and name.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
If your order is returned in part and the returned items bring your overall order total under £79 shipping will be charged as usual as if the order was under £79.
Any item returned is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.

Please be sure to check goods received from couriers to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If this is not possible please sign for the item as ‘Unchecked’. If the item has been damaged please mark it as ‘Damaged’.  If the item is damaged in transit and not signed for as such then we cannot be liable for the damage and the item will not be replaced.

Some foreign countries may charge import tax / customs on goods that you've ordered and wish to import. It is down to you as the customer to check these in advance and is entirely at the customers cost should they be charged. Any orders sent back to The Kitesurf Centre due to customs / tax not being paid will be refunded minus any costs incurred and the original shipping costs. 

All used / ex demo products are checked over before being dispatched. The leading edge and struts on kites are inflated and tested for 4 hours. However, if you find any damage to the products you must notify The Kitesurf Centre before use. As soon as the products have been used The Kitesurf Centre cannot take any responsibility for any damage.

If requesting shipping to an address which is the purchaser is at for just a short period of time such as a hotel or temporary address, it is the purchasers responsibility to make sure they are at the address when it is delivered. Delivered times may vary and often international shipments are delayed by customs inspections. It is not the responsibility of The Kitesurf Centre if the purchaser has left the delivery address and missed the shipment. The Kitesurf Centre has fulfilled the order and it's entirely the purchasers responsibility to have the shipment collected or shipped onto their new address at their own cost.
